Host config

Optional ~/.config/vmlab/config.wcl tunes the subnet pool, DNS, disk watchdog, viewer command and OCI chunk size.

The host config at ~/.config/vmlab/config.wcl is optional — absence means all defaults. All XDG paths respect their environment variables.
